WordPress is one of the most popular, FREE, open source Content Management Systems. It is written in PHP and uses MySQL database but you don’t need to know any program languages to use it. It has a easy templating system which means any design can be ported to wordpress. The user interface is easy and intuitive so users can easily manage their content and update pages themselves.
